Wellness in Harmony offers weekly guided meditation on Wednesday evenings. Our meditation classes are suitable for all levels of experience.

No meditation experience needed. Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome. Each meditation will be gently guided by Linda to bring you into a state of relaxation, connection and focus.
