Weekly guided meditation classes designed to bring you to a state of deeper relaxation, reducing stress and supporting your personal and spiritual development
No meditation experience needed. Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome. Each meditation will be gently guided by Linda to bring you into a state of relaxation, connection and focus.

Monday Lunchtime Meditation
Start your week off with mindful intention. Each Monday at noon, we will come together to join in a brief guided meditation to ground, connect, come into our heart space, and focus our energies for the coming week. Each meditation will last about 20-25 minutes to give enough time to return to work if needed.

Meditation: One Size Does Not Fit All

Meditation is one of the simplest and best tools for relieving stress and making positive change in your life and health, yet oftentimes people struggle to get started. Everyone resonates with a different style so if you have been struggling to meditate, it is possible that you simply have not found your style yet!
In this 6 week meditation class series, you will learn about and practice different meditative techniques. You can sign up for the entire series or pick the classes that most appeal to you.
